Terms of Sale

1. Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website, purerug.co.uk. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

2. Product Descriptions & Natural Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size (typically within +/- 5%), and pattern are to be expected. These characteristics are not considered defects but are a testament to the unique, artisanal craftsmanship of each rug. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the true colour of the product.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. All orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day, though it may take up to 3 working days in some cases. For international shipping, customers must contact us at admin@purerug.co.uk before placing an order.

4. Payment

We accept payment through Stripe, Klarna, and bank transfer. Instructions for bank transfer are provided on the order confirmation page. All card payments are processed securely.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return their item within 32 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and, where possible, in its original packaging. All items are subject to a thorough inspection upon return. We reserve the right to deny a refund or offer a partial refund if the item is returned damaged, altered, or in a condition that prevents resale.

If the return is due to a change of mind, a full refund will be issued following a successful inspection. Please allow 5 to 10 working days after inspection for the refund to be processed. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by contacting us immediately. If the item has already been dispatched, the customer must follow the returns process outlined above.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Rug LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of its products. We are not responsible for any damage caused by customer misuse, such as using sharp objects when opening packaging, or any other accidental damage. Our maximum liability in any transaction is limited to the total value of that transaction.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive behaviour on this website. By continuing to browse or purchase from this website, users agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
